Salter Blowers is the Founder of HSB Law, an affiliate of Clarksville's historic Poland & Poland, representing clients throughout Tennessee.
Litigation. Salter represents corporate and individual clients in General Sessions, Circuit, State, and Federal Courts. He drafts and argues dispositive motions, prepares depositions, and provides negotiation strategy at every stage of litigation. His litigation practice spans commercial disputes, tort claims, employment liability, and real estate disputes.
Transactional. Salter handles the contract needs of a wide range of corporate and individual clients, including real estate transactions, small business purchase agreements, service contracts, entity formation, and leases. He walks clients through his multi-step approach to contract review, drafting, and negotiation so they understand the risk they face at every stage.
